Living From My Heart with Susan Gold

Susan Gold is currently living in bliss. Her childhood was-as she puts it-brutal-and she left home for New York City as soon as possible for a career that included matching celebrities with brands. She talks with Kim about working with her childhood idol Barbara Walters and Andy Warhol among others in both NYC and a television production career in LA. Eventually she found the person she calls her "guru" and her experiences with him taught her how to love herself again. This courageous woman has a story you will love to listen to.

Coming Home with Margie Schmid

Margie Schmid is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and former principal who's story includes caring for her kids and grandkids, her mother and herself. She is a Minnesota native who found herself in Nebraska for 31 years but always wanting to get back home. She had that opportunity about 4 years ago and has been on a journey of caring for her mom before she passed and starting a new way to share health and wellness through nutrition, retreats and wisdom talks. Margie has found a balance in life that includes volunteering, time with her grand babies and what she calls her "micro-business." Margie also offers up some great tips for taking care of yourself through nutrition. Her passion is to leave people better than how she found them and help them be healthier.

Finding Yourself and Falling In Love After 40 with Katherine Baldwin

Katherine Baldwin had an amazing career as a political journalist which took her all over the world. While she considered it a dream job, she found herself burned out in her mid 30's and needed a change. Listen to her story as she talks with Kim about her journey of discovering her "wake-up" calls and what she did to refocus on herself and what she needed and wanted in her life. She shares her "rock-bottoms" and how she helps others realize that you don't need to go that low to find yourself. She also shares her story of finding love after 40 and how her idea for her book came from the sky on a beach walk one day.

Katherine Baldwin is a relationships coach, midlife mentor, wellbeing speaker and author who supports and empowers midlife women to love themselves, create lives that they truly love and find healthy love. Katherine is a former international journalist for Bloomberg and Reuters. She worked as a foreign correspondent in Latin America and a political journalist based in the British parliament, during which time she travelled the globe with prime ministers and reported on politics, conflicts, a tsunami, an earthquake and two terrorist attacks. Yet throughout her high-profile career, Katherine was binge eating, binge drinking, over-working and engaging in unhealthy romantic relationships, eventually burning out and breaking down in her thirties.

Connecting After Losing a Loved One with Korinn Hawkins

Korinn Hawkins has a passion for helping others to connect to themselves. She lost her husband Corey three years ago very unexpectedly and she talks with Kim about the journey with her two children and learning to move forward. She used what she calls her "bag of tricks" to navigate the process of bringing herself and her children through a dark place and the blessings that have come from the journey.

Korinn courageously shares her story including her strong belief that emotions need to be felt and expressed and how she helped her children do that as well. She encourages everyone to "Live your Heart. Because in learning how to listen to your heart, and letting it be expressed, you are opening yourself to living the life your heart truly wants for you."
