Mindful Miru, a mindfulness picture book for children offers simple, yet empowering mindfulness tools fro children and adults alike. Miru, our friend and guide, shows us how to be mindful of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. He uses the four elements to teach us how to tune into our needs and self-regulate.
Miru reveals that it is important to be able to acknowledge and express our emotions as we regain equilibrium.
Jessica G. Bennett is a literacy and mindfulness tutor for kids who are neurodiverse. She has her Ph.D. in special education and is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher.
Maryś Dudelewicz is an illustrator, animator, and designer from Warsaw's Radość District in Poland.

Sue has been reading and teaching around astrology for years. She writes daily and is actively involved with her own creative process, a large part of her own astro/etheral map.
