In todays episode, we are joined by Andee Moorcroft, a Student Wellbeing Officer here at Hope, as we reflect on the importance of Mental Health Awareness Week at university. The Mental Health Foundation announced 'loneliness' as the official theme for this year - and Andee spoke about why this conversation is so important, along with what resources are available for students in terms of mental health and overall wellbeing, and how you can get involved in these activities and campaigns during your degree course.
