Polly Graves trained with Jamie Smart and is a certified Clarity Coach Practitioner specializing in Subtractive Psychology

Polly discovered that a clarity coach does for your mental health what a personal trainer does for your physical health. Her previous experience working as a pharmacist and pharmacy investigator means that she sees the power of Subtractive psychology → taking stuff off your mind to unleash your potential and peace of mind.

Her passion is supporting her clients to reconnect to their innate mental health, with a firm belief in the innate capacity for well-being and healing which we all share.

23 Gillian Christison with Marina Pearson

27m · Published 19 Feb 14:00

Gillian Christison Certified Clarity Coach and Advanced Clarity Practitioner interview with Marina Pearson Clarity Coach, Best Selling Author and IHeart Practitioner.

It is a great honour and pleasure for me to interview Marina. Marina was one of my first coaches who helped me through a very difficult time in my life, then later introduced me to the 3 Principles. Her desire and enthusiasm to share this understanding to help others comes not only from her depth of knowledge and understanding but her life experiences. She is warm and authentic and her passion to help others comes from a genuine place of love.

This interview explores how Marina’s business and personal life has and continues to evolve and flow since she first discovered and studied the 3 Principles or Inside/Out understanding.

Marina is a business owner and Mother.  As a result of her own experiences in the transition to motherhood and juggling this with a business developed the Joy of Being programme for hard working Mammas. Through this programme she supports and guides hard working Mommas to stress less and live more, finding peace and joy in their busy lives. In addition to her book the Joy of Being available on Amazon, Marina also has a highly successful podcast with the same title. She offers 1:1 coaching and retreats for clients.

This work has led Marina to a desire to share this understanding not only with Mothers but with whole families. So, in addition to the Joy of Being she is now sharing the understanding and her experiences with young people through delivery of the iHeart programme. As Marina lives in Spain in order to deliver to her local community, she has had the enormous task of translating the programme into Spanish. This is a testimony to her dedication and passion to help others to experience less stress and more joy and peace in their lives.

I hope you enjoy listening to this podcast.

Marina can be contacted directly by email [email protected]

She has a facebook group Breathing Space for Mommas

The Joy of Being Podcast series are available on Apple or Spotify

Her book ‘The Joy of Being’ is available on Amazon both in paper format and Kindle edition
