How do you show up in life? What do you represent when you do show up? In life, it's important to evaluate what statement our life making when we do show up. Tune in to hear in ways we should show up, and the ways we shouldn't.

If you find yourself in a place of procrastination I want to encourage you to put these 7 steps into action:

1. Put a sign on your mirror so you see if everyday - that says...I WILL (make will big -it’s an action word) optimize every minute of the day.
2. I will NOT procrastinate today (take one day at a time)
3. My gifts and talents MUST be materialized - I have to do it
4. It’s okay if I had a bad day - I’m normal
5. What day am I going to put aside to work…...and go go go…. Decide on a day - stick to it - don’t let people distract you or disrupt your schedule. Learn to say no - I can’t. Be committed to yourself - you will thank you..LOL Also People will began to respect your time (that you set aside), and they will remember when asking you to schedule other events.
6.Celebrate your small successes
7. Enjoy the process!!!
