Personal and work-life can be rather chaotic for most of us that struggle to quiet the mind...however, studies have shown how meditation can benefit us both mentally and physically. Evidence shows that there is actually a direct link between nasal breathing and our cognitive functions. This study shows, that the act of breathing itself, even in the absence of smells, can influence our emotions and memory.
