Small Simple Steps

Another lesson from Dad.

I have had a few days of some physical pain that has stopped me in my tracks. Today is slightly better and tomorrow I will make yet another small step forward. You cannot change yesterday so don't have a pity party! That is what today's episode is about!

Begin each day by making your bed. It will start your day with a successful task. Get out of your comfort zone and do good things that give others hope that our world is changing for the better.

There are things in our life that are only here for a short period of time and they just might be special because they don't last. Savor the little things.

Today's episode is about how important it is to believe you have the ability to do something and not be afraid to make mistakes along the way.
