Today I get a bit vulnerable and share my journey of not getting my period to developing a positive relationship with my menstrual cycle and now really loving it. I share ways I started developing a relationship with my cycle yet alone a positive one (which we get into as well), shifting society's perspective on periods and habits i implement when I'm on my moon! My heart feels so full sharing this one as it's very close to my heart <3 Sending Love!!
