It's 2024 and this year we are making space to heal, love, feel and grow. For all the times you've wonder what it feels like to be on the other side of pain and suffering, it is now time to get out of your comfort zone and discover what it really feels like to live life. But it won't be an easy journey. You have to break the bad patterns and habits that you've known for as long as you've walked this earth and create new ones so that you can continue walking this earth but in a way you that you feel most alive and your one true self. For that reason alone, we need to get it together.

Healing is a hard process. I share here some tools I’m using on my healing journey.

Healing is about being honest with self. Going there. Sitting in and inviting in what you know to be true. Going inward to the root of what’s not right!

I hope you find encouragement and bravery to start your own journey of self discovery and self identity. We both have grown and practice everyday to do better. Self affirmations is one way we pump ourselves up every day and is a tool for self defense against negative thoughts. Mom, give your daughter space. Daughter, show my some grace. It’s a partnership and we’re in this thing together. This is How We Heal!
