Just Catching up BRIEFLY! I ca't apologize enough for how much I have been inconsistent in this podcast. I had an aha moment about my inconsistency today. I needed to be checked. I checked myself and now, I am back. I missed you all dearly and I hope that you all are still able to tune in with me as much as possible. Check out my off-air creations in the health and fitness world, my many accomplishments and much more. I will share them individually throughout the season, but for now. I just wanted to say HI.
