For All The Lonely Souls

Hey friends - this episode is my most emotional yet. Wednesday had a lot of curveballs thrown at me, and this was the start of it... As you work through milestones in your life, you soon find out that you're the only person who can ever truly make yourself happy. Take things for what they're worth, learn how to not overthink things, and appreciate each moment as an opportunity to become better for yourself.

Happy Tuesday :) This episode poses the question, "If today marked your last day alive, how would you want to be remembered?" We all have a past, but it does not mean you have to live in the shadows of who you truly are. I want to be remembered for my kindness, vulnerabilities, and openness to connect. Decide how you want to be remembered, live true to yourself and push through the obstacles. Make the change you want to see, all doubts aside. 🌟~Erica 

I was completely in my head the entire time I recorded this episode. Sometimes I feel that the way my brain works is so backward from others that what I say could be perceived as a bit 'wacko'. But it's true that I'll never know how much or little one episode with my perspective could help impact someone's life. And that's what these shows have done for me. The holidays are near, and feeling obligated to go to events can really drag you down. I used to hate coming up with millions of excuses to get out of things or simply just loathe the experience I knew wasn't best for me. Learning to stand up for yourself by saying "No, but thank you" can transform the quality of happiness. Hope you're week's been going great, two more days until pie! :) ~Erica
