As I beam with pride on Inauguration Day 2021 when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris take the oath of President and Vice President of the United States, I am reminded of a saying from my great grandfather about him being smart enough to be in Washington DC. Today, we discuss the Black Girl Magic of Vice President Kamala Harris and her historic accomplishment as the first Black and South Asian Woman to ever hold that office. My great grandfather knew one day we as a people would be in Washington DC! It’s a celebration of American History, Black History, and our history!

Activate Your Vision is an exploration of goal setting, vision casting, and decision making on how to implement your desired state! This discussion focuses on what it means to have vision for what matters most to you. Sheridan and I love vision boarding and sharing our experiences. 

The discussion of mental health awareness in the black community is explored. We share our personal experiences with mental health and therapy. Get your lesson in healing through therapy is talked about to help remove the stigma. Our hope is the share and not shame so healing and wholeness can be achieved.
