Foster System Angels: Jade Jones and Kathryn Julian talk about Justice over Equity

31m · Published 03 May 19:56

Rebecca and Ginger sit down with two beautiful heart-based human beings, Jade Jones and Kathryn Julian from the Indiana Department of Child Services. As education consultants with INDCS, they get the honor to walk alongside youth in foster care, ensuring these kids are not lost in the cracks of the system. They advocate and educate and we are lucky enough to be gifted some of their time and wisdom in this podcast. They speak justice over equity and talk about spending the time it takes to make that difference.

Listen in to hear how Indiana is leading the charge in taking care of our vulnerable kids in foster care and capping off the school-to-prison pipeline.
