Clearly recognising rheumatology conditions is of interest to me… This paper is interesting because it literally attempted to test this skill in Physiotherapists, we will talk a little bit about it in this post.

This is certainly an evolving area of knowledge for me and as a result this is not complete, nor do I expect it to be free from errors. This is an oversimplification but I find it helpful to understand where the site of inflammatory effect is and why certain extra articular features manifest.
