009 Clarence Brown

16m · Published 13 Nov 08:00

Clarence discusses the importance of being spiritually connected, of being mindful and how to balance one's energy.

Clarence L. Brown is a licensed acupuncturist with over 17 years of experience. Using a balancing approach to his treatments and recovery, he has come to understand that we must balance our spiritual lives as well as our physical lives in order to achieve good health. Clarence is a Tai Chi instructor and has also studied various martial arts, with over 30 years of studying these disciplines. Tai Chi is an inner meditation and must be felt to be mastered.

Wanting to understand the spiritual side of himself, Clarence set out on a journey of trying to understand the balance between peace and love. His studies over the last 7 years have led to his first manuscript on this subject titled; Have We Lost Our Spiritual Connection? This manuscript is about self-discovery of our oneness and how we are all connected.

Whether by studying, teaching, or lecturing on the disciplines of life, he has been greatly rewarded for his efforts for he has come to understand his spiritual connection and his purpose of being.

Life is good, life is simple, life is truth, and life is love.

With this understanding, you can never go wrong.

008 Kathy Basel

15m · Published 06 Nov 08:00

Kathy shares a very personal story about the loss of a loved one and the importance of being connected in all aspects of ourselves (e.g. spiritually, emotionally, physically).

Kathy Basel, a holistis wellness coach and energetic body facilitator, enjoys sharing her philosophy and the paradigm of wellness with others – that the basics of nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and connectedness with Oneness bring about a Wholeness and a true sense of happiness we were all created to enjoy.

Applying lessons learned from her days as a triathlon training coach, she teaches “garbage in, garbage out.” The body has amazing capacity to perform when fueled properly. If we aren’t experiencing the health or personal performance we desire, we simply need to find a better way to fuel our energy needs: a balance of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual inputs.

Kathy’s found that lasting change can happen easily when we ask better questions – what fills a client’s spirit with joy and ease and freedom? When you “coach to the juice”, proper lifestyle behaviors are called forth from within the individual so external motivation – such as adhering to a diet or to an work-out plan – is no longer required. Her goal is to help clients succeed in achieving long-time optimal health — and also attain greater sense of ease, joy and personal expression as well.

Kathy implements experiential learning programs, coaching, and personal transformation engagements that yield measurable impact and lasting change. Her team continuously innovates and expands The Vitality Code core offering.

004 Nicholas Harper

11m · Published 09 Oct 08:00

Nick shares a story about perseverance, determination and the importance of not quitting.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Whittier College and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree followed by a California State chiropractic license, Nicholas Harper built a successful six-figure chiropractic practice. Along the way he earned the designations Q.M.E. (Qualified Medical Examiner), I.M.E. (Independent Medical Examiner) and California State Medical Examiner.

Using the same techniques he shares with audiences today in his motivating presentations, Nicholas built a thriving chiropractic practice entirely from scratch in a crowded, highly-competitive market. He subsequently went on to build a local Red Cross volunteer base, expanding it from the thirty volunteers he inherited to nearly three hundred, utilizing the same effective marketing tools he teaches today that convince prospects to choose you over your competitors. “I know this system works,” says Nicholas, “because it worked for me every time as I built my business.”

Trent shares a very personal and private story about depression and the importance of embracing each day with love and positive intention.

For many years, Trent had the experience of pain and suffering in his life, yet knew in his heart it wasn’t supposed to be so darn hard.  He then embarked on the journey of looking at the things that were holding him back from getting what he truly wanted- a life of JOY- and took the necessary steps to make changes.

As a result, his life transformed in miraculous ways, most especially when he learned how to re-perceive the painful experiences of his past. His goal is simple- to help others remove whatever gets in the way having a life of JOY.

For over 20 years, he has shared words of encouragement, motivation and inspiration with others via his private coaching practice, in recovery centers, in corporate offices and in high schools around the country.  He has an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, is an ordained Interfaith Minister, has a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology and is a Certified Addiction and Anger Management Specialist.
