Wren is the founder and teacher at Cocrea. He created Cocrea to offer people a movement-based practice to learn  how to handle change and overcome personal challenges through mindful partner dance. 

This is a mindfulness practice that is based in using our body to explore connection with each other and ourselves. Through connecting with our own bodies in movement, we can learn a lot about how we communicate with others and how we can listen attentively to our own bodies.

In the conversation we discuss the importance of learning to live with change, how being part of community supports creating change in our individual lives and how to connect more deeply with our partners and our own bodies.
