Lanny Barnes is a former Olympic Biathlete and professional 3-Gun competitor. 

Michelle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Vori Health in Boulder, CO.  We talk about misconceptions in physical therapy, areas of over and under-emphasis in training and physical recovery.
