On today's episode we talk with Gillian Crooks, a Multiple Sclerosis & Autoimmune Nutritionist who spends the majority of her time helping people with the MS fight and to fix their fatigue with diet, lifestyle and mindset to help these people get back to enjoy a higher quality of life!

As an athlete in her early years, and after she had finished school Gilliam  moved to Alberta to start working in a resort, not long after at the age of 19 she diagnosed with MS (Miltiple Sclerosis) and made it her mission to beat it and carry on with a normal life!  Gillian is full of life and inspiration and both Tosh and I think you need to listen to this show with open arms!  It will change how you see your path.

Today we sat with Katerina Zorina-Lichtenwalter who is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Colorado Boulder. What is her specialty? She a gene specialist who wrote a paper about the correlation between pain and redheads. She was also quoted in an online article by Sharon Guynup of National Geographic about redheads going extinct, we talked about this as well!
