This week, we catch up with Iru Studio's first 200hours Yoga Teacher Training alumnus Nisthu. We talk about the struggles of fixing Nisthu's downward facing dog, and how she fell in love with the practice of yoga.
In addition to talking about losing the whereabouts of your limbs in some yoga poses, Nisthu highlights the importance of finding a yoga teacher to help your yoga practice and how she worked on building the mind body connection since her teacher training with Iru Studio.
