This is the final episode of the semester! In this week's episode, we will be joined by Marinda Taylor! Marinda is a Registered Dietitian and teaches two nutrition classes at BYU-Idaho. She will share with you her journey to becoming a dietitian. We are also going to dive deeper into topics related to nutrition through the life cycle and child nutrition.

In this episode, Amanda will help us dig deeper into how to spot the red flags of fad diets. We will also discuss the benefits of choosing to have a healthy eating pattern  that is sustainable over a lifetime vs. trying to make a quick fix by following a fad diet.
