Or heard from a friend or family member about a new diet they are trying out for two weeks? Fad diets are very popular and many individuals try them out with hopes of a quick fix. In this episode, Amanda will help us dig deeper into how to spot the red flags of fad diets. We will also discuss the benefits of choosing to have a healthy eating patternĀ  that is sustainable over a lifetime vs. trying to make a quick fix by following a fad diet.

In this week's episode, Susan Clark joins us on the show! Susan is an adjunct faculty teaching at BYU-Idaho and also works as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg.
