Working with plants is energetic. Two years ago I started a membership called the Flower Coven. My intention was to bring people closer in their relationships with themselves, the earth, and plant spirit communication. At the time I really wanted more people to have access to flower essence formulas every single month and to learn about what essences can support you within your life. I share more inside this episode.

Anyone who knows me, knows I love talking about flower essences! They aren’t herbal tinctures, they aren’t essential oils so, what are they again? That’s the foundational question and I want to help you understand what they are so you can begin working with them for real life, normal, everyday challenges (and don’t worry, you can use them for spiritual and magickal purposes too).

In this episode, I give practical insight, my clearest definition, and break down many of the ways you can begin to work with flower essences in your real life - for yourself, your loved ones, and your community.
