For the Love of Roe

by Alison Case

Physician Alison Case travels across the country in this limited series to find out more about access to abortion. What will happen in different states if Roe falls? What restrictions are currently in place? The podcast seeks the answers to these questions and bring insight to both those new to the movement for reproductive justice and veterans in the fight.

In this episode I interview Tammi Kromenaker, the director of the only abortion provider in North Dakota, Red River Women's Clinic, along with Kristie Wolff, the executive director the North Dakota Women's Network, and a number of other fierce advocates in the state.  Learn what it means to be "North Dakota Nice" and how advocates have fought to save the ERA in ND and to oppose a number of restrictions.  We also discuss the ND "medication abortion reversal" bill that requires physicians to deliver false information to patients and is caught up in a lawsuit taken on by the American Medical Association.
