The Conqueror's Mindset

I think we are all feeling it at this point. The reality of the new normal we face is here at our door. The normal that is not leaving your house and distancing yourself from people you love and care about. The news seems to be nothing but a death counter, updating by the second, to let you know this is a continuing problem, and almost enstilling us with a paralyzing fear that may otherwise have remainded dormant. All day we hear stories about businesses shutting down, the lack of income, the virus spreading, the lack of tools, etc it's no wonder we feel the pressure of panic sink in. To those of us that already felt that pressure, it can become a bit overwhelming. With all this being said, what better way to have a chat about a "conquering" mentality?

The word conquering means to take control and overcome. It's easier to say 'we'll conquer the day, the workout, etc'' but what about when it comes to situations like this?
