Enjoy your life fam. You deserve to be happy, you enjoy to feel love and peace and comfort. You deserve to feel like you're enjoy and that you don't have to keep proving yourself. Find strength in the small things that YOU love about yourself!

These are the thoughts that I have to keep in the back of my mind when I start to spiral in a million different directions. We deserve good things... don't forget it!
