MHA64 and Toad counselling collaborate again to discuss a where to get help when you discover you need it. It can be a confusing area and not everyone is aware of where to go to. A short quick fire episode but very informative. 

This weeks episode we chat to another one of our moderators and old friend Dani M. We talk about being positive and how to try and get away from negativity. Being positive is an attribute and is actually quite hard to adopt considering the negativity that shrouds our society. Making a start on learning how to be more positive can only lead to good things. This episode we have also thrown in some bloopers at the end, we're all human and it made us laugh. We havnt got the studios and equipment to make these podcasts and videos state of the art but theyre good enough to get the message out there. 

After a couple of weeks away, I speak to an old Army friend about his struggles mentally, where he is with it all now and how he has overcame his demons. An honest, non scripted conversation between mates that will hopefully help some one out there who is going through some struggles of their own.  Don't be afraid to talk. End the stigma, the taboo subject that is mental health. keep on, keeping on.

In this Podcast we at Mental Health Anonymous introduce one of our professionals within our Face book group and page.  Tony regularly and selflessly volunteers his rare free time to helping us at MHA with background taskings and advice.   Tony will be getting more and more involved in the future with videos and podcasts, discussing all matter of subjects regarding mental health and wellbeing.  Don't forget to like, subscribe and share to help us spread awareness of mental Health.
