In this episode, I talk with my boy Avi about social media and the cons that it can have on society today.

We speak about many of the issues about which those on the left and those on the right argue, and the need to have more civil discussions when talking about such strong opinions.

In this episode, I talk with my good friend Ilkay about how hard high school is and the importance of understanding how you would need to consider your mental health especially during the last two years of high school. With that experience of getting through high school and the constant uncertainty from anxiety, you will be more prepared for the challenges that life throws at you, including in college and after.

In this episode, I talk with a good friend in St. Andrews, John Kite, about how in our world today a lot of people live primarily to make money. In doing this, many leave their dreams and passions aside, and mentally that could be very unhealthy. We talk about John's passion for music, and that even though his music career has not taken off yet, he is still pushing himself to get better and learning from his mistakes!

In this episode, I have a conversation with one of my good friends about depression and the struggles that many people go through, including family issues and drug addictions, and how there is a light at the end of the tunnel by finding faith.

In this episode, my guests and I discuss the challenges occurring in the US throughout the world regarding racism and police brutality. We talk about how police brutality is a large problem, but there is still a major issue that we must try and defeat: passive racism.
