36m · Published 26 Oct 20:00
My journey to a life of health and fitness has not always been an easy one or one that I've been proud of, but I felt it was important to share this part of my story with you. Maybe you've struggled with body image or an eating disorder before or maybe you know someone who is currently struggling - either way, we all start somewhere and sometimes the beginning of our stories can be messy and hard and full of tears, but I promise if you invest in yourself and in your health, your journey will one day become brighter and clearer and will transform into something you are proud of.
