First of all, if you don’t feel like you have to do anything. you’re ok doing less. I share a couple things you can do to spend your extra time at home that include learning a new skill in your house, trying a new workout, giving back if you can.  This extra time at home can be enjoyable and fun, take advantage of it and do things that make you feel great!
