I forgot to mention! Today in addition to these topics (studying, cleaning, groceries, exercise) I will be having a half day of hourly short meditations, and Monday I will do that the full day. I tend to practice a tad of “structured chaos.” I like to do what I want, when I want. It’s the Leo in me. But I also like routines with some flexibility. Here is a method I use of viewing the underlying unconscious particles in social settings that contribute drama. And boy do we tend to experience some drama! This is how I have learned to unpack situations with one specific dramatic person in my life. My intention is that this helps others to be able to find ways to (if they want to do so) remain in a somewhat neutral dynamic with dramatic people, trying to be understanding and patient.
