When our bodies feel pain, discomfort, uncomfortability, or anything out of routine, the body will send signals to your brain forcing you to stop (quit). When this message gets relayed, you then have two choices: Give in and quit, or keep pushing and achieve progress/growth. This is a consistent action within fitness that builds and strengthens you to be the unbreakable human you can be. In this episode I want to share how you can absolutely fight your own psychological make up to see your potential.

When the body recognizes growth adaptation

One big question I'd always ask the big guys tat trained at my gym was, "so how many reps and sets do you guys do to get big like that?" This was a question I'd ask alot because I felt like I was doing this whole fitness thing all wrong. After years of trial and errors, I learned about growth adaptation. This is more of a focus on the feeling within your set than just simple numbers. After using this technique, my PRs jumped, I gained more muscle, and overall I felt better. In this episode I break down this simple fact of "recognizing growth adaptation".

What's the purpose of a cheat meal

When you start a meal plan or if you have ever started one before, have you ever wanted to know when you can have your cheat meal? Have you ever asked your coach or someone who made you a meal plan, "umm do I have to eat like this forever? Can I have a cheat meal?" Cheat meals first of all have a bad name already. You're not cheating on your plan with eating something you really want. Yes you might be eating outside the numbers you need to stay within, but, you're also trying to stay sane right? Even with refeed days, you can elevate your metabolic rate a little higher to the point to where you can drop weight (body fat) even faster. In today's episode I will share all things around cheat meals and what they can do for you or to you.

Calories without training vs with training

Losing weight without training or conducting fitness is absolutely possible, you just need to better understand your body's metabolic rate and your daily food consumption. There are a lot of people who want to lose weight before going into a gym, and you might be that person right now, which can be achieved if and only if nutrition is dialed in. Yes, there is more leniency with nutrition during training and body sculpting is more improved during training, but if you have over 25% body fat, you can achieve weight loss without training for now. This will also help you better understand food before you start training.
