Consistent queeen haha

Welcome back for Episode threee!! We are definitely trending upward here. Experimenting with shorter episodes too so let me know if that's working for you.

On todays session we infuse some detox tea (not the flat tummy tea) with an example of a cover which is Maroon 5's cover of Pure Imagination and an example of a sample which is Eric Bellinger's Imagination.

I then take you through what each type is and some legality around them and end with a little fun fact on the history of sampling.

Happy Season 3 Debut! 

Woo, it has been a while right? Wasn't intentional, but I am back!

On the return of Infused Moods we discuss creativity and the burnout that can come with it while drinking peach tea crystal light flavored water, those skin goals are still there you know. I just forgot to talk about it because I was a little shaky on this return. I'm here though, I'm here!

While burnout can be experienced by creatives it also is experienced by every work division, students and more.

The one about...how I commuted intentionally in August

Pretty short and sweet journey update!

Today while sipping on some naturally flavored water I infuse with Give me by Kirk Franklin feat Mali Music, next is New by Tye Tribbett, then we have Do it again by Evvie Mckinney followed by Gonna be a lovely Day by Kirk Franklin and Call by Jordan Armstrong feat Erica Campbell. 

For the month of August I did a spiritual playlist for my morning commute after adapting this concept to my life from the inspiration given by my cousin KB. 

In all it was a healing journey and I will give that praise and worship space to my creator every morning. Plus Gospel has come a longgggg way from when I was in High School, that Tye Tribbett is the truth! 

Now, I want to challenge you listener. Go on a spiritual journey through music (any genre and any length of time) and see what you learn about yourself along the way.

On todays episode we talk about how sleep is so slept on, pun intended. We are always looking for something to help us feel better, healthier, aide our fitness journey etc. What if I told you it was as simple as getting your recommended hours of sleep?

While sipping on cupcake pink moscato I infuse with Can't Sleep by Big Boi feat Sleepy Brown, Black and Blue by Elijah Blake and Thinkin Bout ya by Frank Ocean.

How to get a good nights rest according to the mayo clinic:
- Stick to a sleep schedule
- Pay attention to what you eat and drink
- Create a restful environment
- Limit daytime naps
- Include physical activity in your daily routine
- Manage worries
- Talk to your health care provider
