Power of World Women

by POWW

Be powerful, support each other. POWW is a women-led project that fosters women empowerment, educates, inspires, and amplifies the voices of women unknown outside their communities. We strive to create a community, both online and offline, where we can (un)learn from each other, share experiences, discuss topic-related issues and raise awareness. To do this, we collaborate with local partners on projects and communicate through various mediums with our followers, listeners, and readers.

Open dialogue: S-He

2h 2m · Published 24 Mar 07:00

Power of World Women - while the name might suggest that we focus on women solely, we cannot empower women and fight gender inequality without including men in this discussion.

Too often, it’s gender blaming without having constructive discussions. As we focus on S-He this month, we held an open dialogue this weekend. Inspiring humans of both genders and from around the world participated: USA, Sierra Leone, Mexico, Costa Rica, Egypt, Germany, Sweden, Kenya, … you name it.

As we want to share the conversations with everyone and allow this to be a source for you to listen, learn, grow and contribute to change, we decided to make this special episode as a recording of the dialogue. Save it for later, share it with your peers, lean back, and learn.

Keep holding those conversations offline.

Be powerful.
