It's Sevendust Truthkiller Day! It's the 13th studio album from the legendary Sevendust and to celebrate I caught up with singer and all-around great human Lajon Witherspoon for a quick conversation about Truthkiller . Sevendust also signed a new record deal with Napalm Records for this album and will be hitting the road with Alter Bridge and Mammouth WVH next month, then with Static-X this fall. Oh, and it turns out that in our adult live we both ride Harleys but in our younger live we both had Pontiac Sunfires!

The band Written by Wolves are from New Zealand, a place we don't get to mention a lot when it comes to hard rock. They came onto the scene in 2019 and immediately got a pretty good reaction and we started taking notice, then like everyone else they were shut down because of a global pandemic. During that period of time they put out an EP featuring re-worked songs from their debut Secrets and did it with the likes of Sonny from POD, Kellin from Sleeping With Sirens, and more. The best part about it is they did so for mental health. Now with a new single called "Misery," they are ready to get back on the trajectory they were one before the world shut down.
