Formed in June 2019, Lira along with Luana Dametto on drums (both former members of the thrash band Nervosa), with guitarists Sonia Anubis (Cobra Spell, Ex-Burning Witches) and Tainá Bergamaschi (Ex-Hagbard), started their journey together that would result in their debut album Echoes of the Soul, release in June 2021 via Napalm Records. During my chat with Fernanda, we talked about her transition from Nervosa to Crypta, along with the creation of the new band into their debut offering Echoes of the Soul. We also touch on the culture and society of the part of Brazil she comes from, along with being a role model for women who want to become a metal artist.

Soaking up their ancestral and cultural influences throughout their lives, The Narcotix have such a fresh spiritual sound that is both fun and soulful. During my chat with Esther and Becky, we talk about how they met and how they are such a close duo, both personally and musically. It was a fun conversation and they are definitely a band to watch out for in the future.
