Welcome to Part of 1 Mumpreuemur Mental Health Panel. It is soooo many moms suffering from mental health issues silenced in fear of people knowing how they really feel. I know for many years I suffered in silence but inside I was drowning in deep depression. I was in hope of things would change but deep down inside I didn't believe good things would happen and if it did change the change was only temporary. That was my belief system due to the trauma that happened in my life. I go into deep detail about what happened that tainted my perspectives, belief system, mindset, the way I viewed God, and the way I viewed others. 

In panel 1 I have two powerful speakers where Shandrea Laso founder of W.I.F.E Studios speaks about making our trauma our identity inside going deep to heal so we can walk into power and our full potential. How many of us make our identity come from our trauma due to not knowing who we were. So Powerful!!!! Then my sis  Anglica Stanley from Well Valley took us home by allowing God to wash our fruits with his love so we can bear the fruit in due season. In trauma, our fruit is stolen but if we allow God he would come in and wash our fruit just like those dishes in that kitchen sink that you don't want to touch.
