It is believed that Glossophobia, or the fear of public speaking, is remarkably common. In fact, some experts estimate that as much as 77% of the population has some level of anxiety regarding public speaking.

My Esteemed Guest, Tarela Tuwei popularly known as Paris walked me through the fears and doubts of good public speaking in this episode.

Well, there are some questions I get to ask myself most times. Why do we fear public speaking so much? Are we all born with this? Are there some natural causes behind it? Or is it an order by the universe to instill the fears into our minds?
