36m · PublishedSometimes we get lost along life’s complicated web of paths but one thing is for certain.
Our soul is wise and it can get us in the right direction if we only learn how to listen to it.
Join us in this episode as we discuss our life compass.
Diana Clark, our guest speaker, was born and raised in a Latin family. She graduated from Florida International University with a Master's degree as a Speech Language Pathologist. For more than 20 years, she has implemented a variety of clinical and evidence based therapy methodologies.
Over the years she observed that there was a need for a more outside the box intervention. Something that looks more at the body, mind and soul connection. This marked her journey to a learning path of holistic approaches about individuality, wellness lifestyle changes that includes nutrition, mindfulness practice, and emotional regulation techniques.
She completed her holistic training at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as a Holistic Nutrition Coach. This alone did not stop her from getting other certifications in herbal medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Vagus therapy. She also fell in love with Astrology.
She believes that "one size does not always fit all" and that clinical and holistic treatments should be combined into a more comprehensive approach specifically designed for each individual.

Laura F. Kelley, our guest for this episode, is a practicing immigration attorney and the founder of LFK Immigration PA. Laura received her Juris Doctor from University of California College of the Law San Francisco (Formerly UC Hastings) in 2006 and her LLM from Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain in 2009.
She worked in the area of European Union antitrust law in Spain before returning to the United States to focus exclusively on immigration law in 2013. Laura is also a professional certified coach and certified mindfulness instructor.
