Allyson grew up a Michigander, moving to South Florida in 1993 with her then fiancé, Nick. Married 27 years with two adult children, Nicholas, 24 and Lexi, 21.  A SAHM for 24 years,  Allyson discovered her true passion is to help other busy moms “put their oxygen mask on first” in regard to their wellness.  Dealing with personal health issues and those of her family, she discovered tools to help her achieve wellness for herself and her family.  Allyson continues to educate herself and dig through the myriad of information out there to help her clients find what will work for them!
