Just did my 6th cycle reservist! Anyway...I can't imagine myself not going to the gym or working out for more than 1 week, but I did ever since the gym are closed and my right knee pain came back after many years of hiding since my teenhood. I share with you how I deal with my right knee pain and how I still manage to start back my fitness routine. I also discuss why a low-carb diet may not be the ideal diet for everyone who wants to lose weight. Unless you're aware of its pros and cons then it is okay to try.

Managing my fitness routine can be quite complicated as I work on alternating shifts that sometimes have overtime scheduled on days I'm supposed to go for a workout. It's already hard enough to get proper rest time and social life working on shifts, but adding to all that, I have my self-studies, social media updating, podcasting, blogging, and sometimes vlogging schedule to follow as well. 

So, a workout plan that is fixed is hard to follow. That is why I created 3 different workout plans and I feel that it is the best plan to follow if your life schedule is very unpredictable and not fixed.

I discuss about what we should think about first before planning a workout routine, what are the best types of workouts for shaping up our physique, and how to manage our time, progression, and expectations as well. Have a listen and try to apply them too!

Heya gaise! In this episode, I talk about the diet strategies as I break down nutritional guidelines and the exact steps I take to ensure I can easily and constantly lose my belly fat while still gaining some muscles.

Of course, there will be roadblocks and there will be times where I slack, but as long as I am still getting good results every 2-3 weeks, it means that my diet plan is working well for me.  Although it may not work for everyone, the principles I share still would work if you know how to adapt them to your lifestyle.
