#02 | Ups & Downs with My Fitness Journey (Hypothalamic Amenorrhea Recovery Week 1)

21m · Published 02 Jan 06:12

Hey guys, I'm so glad that I'm finally able to share another episode with all of you that basically is one story of my fitness journey that I've been through. I've been diagnosed with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) and now it's the Week 1 of my recovery. Life always has its cycle and so does fitness. It's okay to have mistakes and failures in life, sometimes you don't know how to treat your body right, but it's totally okay. Learning from fault and mistake is definitely changing you to take better actions in the future. If mistakes never existed, you'd never know what is a good and bad thing to do. Again, everything is temporary, so does my HA. I'm encouraging myself to eat more, exercise less, and live my life without any judgment :)

#01 | Changing Mindset about Diet Culture & Food-Labelling

17m · Published 21 Nov 09:32

In this episode, I want to share and remind all of us that eating a certain food doesn't divine our body. It's all about the pattern of eating. Eat whatever feels good to you and your body. All foods provide different nutrients and just eating foods that labeled with "dairy-free, gluten-free, and so on", doesn't guarantee you to become a healthy person or losing weight. Each body is different, some provide more, some provide less.
