According to Front man Jack Wilson from Kid Kapichi, manners cost nothing and with a reputation for being the “loveliest group of lads” they defy the stereo types of an angry rock band and are currently enjoying the most successful stage of their music careers.  Jack shares how he first came to be part of this popular local band, the positives (and the occasional negatives) of becoming increasingly popular and how a year of a lot of hard work, feels like it might just be paying off.

Sam Willet is a man with many skills but insists on describing himself as an “Average Bloke”. Having spent much of his time (around 60 hours a week!) as a county footballer and busy bar manager, since lockdown he has had to find other ways to fill his time and keep cracking on.  A runner and recent sea swimmer Sam talks openly about the need to have exercise in his life to keep his mind healthy. At the beginning of the very first lockdown, two friends Bev and Susie would dress up ( because they missed going out!) and take photos. They decided they wanted to share these pictures with their friends and Frock Up Friday was born .. a Face Book page where people could share their Friday Glam. However what they didn’t realise is that it would grow to epic proportions and in just a few months they had over 14,000 followers and it’s still growing.
