Innerstanding

Byron Stewart returns, 6 months after his Vipassana 10 Day Silent Meditation Retreat, to discus his current state of being and compare his experience with my own.  During the time of this recording, it has been one week since my return from my Silent Retreat & I could not be more excited to finally share this exchange of thought and experience.  I'm grateful for your ears and I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as we did :)
