Have you ever noticed that your perception of something always creates what you perceive? Whether it be positive self-talk or negative self-talk, your subconscious mind believes it to be true. 

Every time you start to think negative thoughts turn them off and start thinking positive thoughts. I guarantee your subconscious mind will follow suit.
