After witnessing how covid lockdowns and social isolation negatively affected the health of her mother with dementia, Amy saw how this tech could benefit older adults by reducing feelings of loneliness, exercising the social and emotional brain, and potentially slowing the onset of mental decline. All we can say about this is, "Hey, Alexa. What a great idea!"

From doing puzzles with seniors or just talking with them, by pairing youth with the dementia community Hailey is helping enhance lives – both young and old.
