Flic | The anchoring question we need to ask ourselves right now

20m · Published 09 Nov 15:00

In this solo session episode, I talk about how important it is to meet ourselves where we're at during these unsettling times and do whatever we can to better look after our health and wellbeing in this present moment.

When we sit and take stock, the world has experienced and changed a lot these past few years, so it's only natural for many of us to feel discombobulated and like we're standing on unstable ground.

So, how do we tune into our own selves?

In this episode, I share the anchoring question that can help you centre back to yourself and begin to better meet your needs.

I also share these beautiful words that struck a chord with me this week.

Body is purified by water.
Ego is purified by tears.
Intellect is purified by knowledge.
And the soul is purified by love.

- Iman Ali

19m · Published 21 Feb 19:00

In this bite-sized solo session, I talk about how focusing and living in the present moment can help us prevent and tackle our burnout.

If little ones are around when you listen to this, pop the headphones on, as there are some moments with fruity language!

17m · Published 16 Dec 14:00

I believe this week's topic inevitably invites the annual festive tinsel and fairy lights to join it since I'm talking about people pleasing and perfectionism.
