Victor Galaviz knows plenty about doing all these things I mean hell its his story. From working in the kitchen at Slowpokes to working for free making coffee at the Tipping Point Victor has pretty much done and seen it all, and the more you think about it all that he went through pushed him into his destiny. He may not be where he fully wants to be, but I think he has mastered the idea that slow is smooth and smooth is fast, so the next time you feel like life isn't moving fast enough just remember sometimes it pays off to Be A Slowpoke!

Since age 9 all Rex wanted to do was become a WWE superstar, so at 16 he set out on his dream by joining a "sketchy" wrestling gym in his small hometown in Alabama. 2 years later he moved to Houston where he joined the 5x WWE champion and 2x hall of fame wrestler Booker T's gym. Rex chased this dream for the next 7 years working as fitness trainer on the side while also traveling to 30+ states and 2 foreign countries. In this process Rex met Jonathan and together they started Pathway Training. A local gym in Porter, TX who helps their clients take back control of their fitness, and nutrition by developing a plan that fits their busy schedules. Carlos Torres doesn't have to imagine this scenario, because he lived it. As a child Carlos' dream was to be a soldier, and go to war, and at 20 years old despite his parents wishes he accomplished that dream by joining the Marine Corps as a rifleman, and serving in Afghanistan. After returning home and entering 1st CIVDIV Carlos obtained his masters in security management. However, after applying for many jobs he would be "qualified" for Carlos still received 0 offers. At this pivotal moment Carlos was left with 2 choices. He could give up on life now, or he could keep pushing forward, and stay in the fight. Listen in as Carlos gives us an insight on his journey, and how he ended up on top in a field that he never imagined himself in. This episode covers many topics from what infantry life is like in the Marines, current issues surrounding the withdraw from Afghanistan, why/how people should stay motivated, and why you should stay in the fight.
