Although these songs were recorded before the upheaval of 2020, we talk about how they seem to be a timely piece of art that pushes back the darkness. We talk about the creative process behind her writing, how stories through songs shape us and the life goal she set in 2011 that served as a catalyst for her future in music and the albums that would follow.
