Fear is an interesting thing, its an interesting feeling. For me personally I have allowed fear run me down and have its way with me. It has caused me to do messed up things and act in negative ways. Not only to other people but mostly to myself. However as of late I have found that fear can also be used to push you in a positive way if thats what you choose or how you choose to use it. Scientifically facing what you fear actually gives you 100 percent units of courage every time which is hardly ever heard of in science. I heard somewhere “ use fear or it uses you”. So these last couple years have been really hard for my and Your going to have to excuse me but im going to be completely honest and vulnerable, for awhile I’ve been going through my own personal hardships I was going through a divorce,lost my family and my place to live, during that divorce I went to my default which has always been alcohol and going through that I had gotten my fourth DUI. Episode three - ANGER
Anger Is anger good or bad? Well I would say it depends on how we choose to see anger or better yet what we do to express our anger. You see I can honestly say I have anger issues. And saying that might be an understatement. At times I would try to hold in my anger which only backfired because when I held it in I was like a ticking time bomb. And when I couldn’t hold it in any longer , BOOM! I didn’t care anymore I didn’t care what I did, who I hurt, what I said, not just to other people but to myself also. My anger has got me into some serious shit in my life and by time I got ahold of it, it was usually too late. Damage was done. I have come to realize that its not the anger but the aggression that comes from my anger. Anger can be quite useful in some ways. It can push you to preform better like working out or sports or competition of business. But when we go from anger to aggression thats when anger takes a negative turn such as belittling people, sarcastic behavior,
