Why wellbeing training for teachers and parents is priority in Hong Kong

In our latest episode we speak to Jason Broderick from Discovery Bay international school, in Hong Kong.  Jason is a qualified psychologist and heads up wellbeing at the school.  He gives incredible insight into the groundbreaking wellbeing strategies the school have introduced in the past 4 years.  The school now teaches wellness and wellbeing though every subject with standard PSHE style lessons being dropped from next year (excluding sex ed).

He also describes how all teachers at the school have been trained in wellbeing and explains how he has created wellbeing workshops tailored for parents.
